Returns & Refunds policy

At Vaultra Studio, every sneaker is handcrafted and made to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.

Each pair is customized by hand on an original authenticated base sneaker. Minor variations in color, texture, or detailing are a natural part of the handcrafted process and do not qualify as defects.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will only be considered in rare cases where the product received is damaged during transit or if an incorrect item is delivered. In such cases, the issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence of the problem. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

If a return or replacement is approved, Vaultra Studio will provide further instructions regarding the return process. We reserve the right to inspect the product before approving any replacement or refund.

Vaultra Studio is not responsible for damages caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions. Color differences caused by screen settings, lighting, or photography do not qualify as grounds for return or refund.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Vaultra Studio reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
